I am grateful for all of the hard work you do in your classrooms and schools. I am grateful for your dedication, your knowledge and expertise. I appreciate the creativity and the passion you bring with you each day.

When you show up to work - you show up for the world!

I hope everyone takes a few days to rest and enjoy the company of their family and friends during the start of our holiday season. Be sure to also take some time just for you during this holiday weekend.

Take some time alone, perhaps a walk outside or a relaxing rest with your feet up. Use whatever moments of solitude that you can steal away to acknowledge and appreciate your own special gifts and the inner qualities of your being that are uniquely your own. During your walk or while lying on the floor resting, breathe and notice - soak up the calm you have created and you will find that you are connected to all that is.
