The Center for Leadership in Education is a preferred resource for developing and delivering customized, research-based, professional learning initiatives. The expertise of Center staff plays a critical role in enabling“ educational transformation” by working with educators and administrators school-by-school and district-by-district.

Since its establishment in 1992, The Center prides itself in offering the ‘neutrality’ of an outsider, with the understanding of an ‘insider’. This allows for a more effective path through the change process. Schools and other organizations could do this work by themselves, but often are too close to the everyday activities of their own environment to lead a transformation.
