The Center for Leadership in Education will:

• Enhance the knowledge development of educators, families and the community by promoting academic excellence for all children. 
• Support and challenge school systems by identifying, adapting, and disseminating research-based best practices on a local, regional, state and national level. 
• Implement proven methods that will improve student outcomes. 
• Continue to build the leadership capacity needed to transform schools and bring all children to their highest levels of success. 
• Inform and educate our communities utilizing independent research, assessment and reporting. 
• Our success in these efforts will strengthen the health of our communities, both now and in the future.
